Upon joining the Haus of Ruby's Rebels, ALL students must complete a Registration Form. This form is completely confidential and is protected under the Data Protection Act.
If you no longer wish to attend a class, then the Instructor or Management must be informed immediately.
Our payment system for ALL lessons is 4 weekly.
Class fees must be paid before the first lesson.
There are no refunds for classes not attended, as this helps to keep our costs low, which benefits everyone who attends.
Students with poor attendance or high levels of dancing fee arrears leading up to a show may not be eligible to take part in that particular show.
Haus of Ruby's Rebels runs all year and our Timetable is produced every 3 months.
The Haus of Ruby's Rebels prides itself on providing a safe and happy environment with enjoyment and burlesque being at the root of all our classes. Our Behaviour Policy exists to maintain this environment and enable students to reach their full potential.
Rude, disruptive, threatening and abusive behaviour within the class or group will not be tolerated in any way; IInstructors reserve the right to ask students to leave the class at any time, if they feel that their behaviour is disturbing the enjoyment of others.
If any member of Staff feels that the behaviour of an individual is continuously disruptive or in breach of this Behaviour Policy, the student concerned may be asked to leave.
We ask you to inform us in advance if you are going to be absent for a period of time, this way we can allow someone else to join.
Behaviour in unsupervised areas e.g. changing rooms, toilets, backstage must also be acceptable and in line with the Behaviour Policy.
Haus of Ruby's Rebels accept no responsibility for damage or loss of any personal belongings.
Health and Safety Policy
Our aim is to ensure that all reasonable and practical steps are taken to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all persons using the premises.
To achieve this we will actively work towards the following objectives:
To establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment in all studios.
To establish and maintain safe working procedures amongst Staff and Students
To formulate effective procedures for use in case of fire and other emergencies and for evacuating the premises
To maintain a safe and healthy place to work with safe access to and from the premises
To follow the regulations of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and any other relevant legislation
No smoking on the premises
All fire exits are clearly marked and free from obstruction
All fire extinguishers are clearly labeled
All equipment and resources from the instructors are safe for use.
Payments & Refund Policy
For any purchases made via the RR Store, for class payments or tickets for an event.
All classes or workshops must be paid before attending, your place is not guaranteed until payment has been made.
All classes, workshops of any kind are non refundable and non transferable.
If a refund has been offered out of goodwill, if it is not taken at the first opportunity the refund will no longer be available and the option chosen will remain in place up to 30 days. After 30 days any goodwill offers will be expired.
Any physical item bought apart from tickets can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Tickets for events online or live are non refundable and non transferable.
Payments can be made via the RR Store, online booking system, invoice or bank transfer.
Critera for Merchandise Refunds
You have 30 days from the receipt of an item to return it.
If you would like an exchange, follow our normal return process and place a new order for the item you'd like.
All merchandise must be returned undamaged.
For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on “intimate items” like boy shorts, lingerie and swimwear. Because, gross.
Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note items returned for exchange will be washed before being sold again, due to Covid-19.
We do not offer partial refunds.

How to Return an Item
Check our Return Policy to be sure your item is eligible for a return.
If it meets the return criteria, contact us and we will provide the return address.
Safely package your item to be returned to us. Unfortunately items damaged in transit can't be accepted for returns.
Ship us your item. You may want to use a traceable shipping method to ensure successful delivery of your return - its on you!
Once received, we will validate your item qualifies for a return. If it does, we will refund the total amount of goods within 14 days. Sorry, unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions
“Agreement” means this Student & Performer Agreement, any applicable Policies
and other documentation as provided from time to time by the Instructor;
“Events” means any troupe or solo on premises, online class, workshop, rehearsal,
live show, showcase, performance associated with Haus of Ruby’s Rebels;
“Haus of Ruby’s Rebels” means the association as a student and/or performer with
‘Haus of Ruby’s Rebels’, ‘The Rebellion Burlesque Show’ and ‘Ruby’s De Luxe’;
“Instructor” is Kelly Woolley, Performer Name ‘Ruby D’Woo’ or anyone hired by Kelly Woolley;
“Performer” means a professional paid dancer/entertainer;
“Student” means a trainee performer, dancer, entertainer of Ruby’s Rebels.
This Agreement is to be read and signed by Students and/or Performers of Haus of
Ruby’s Rebels who are participating in, performing at, or assisting at any Events
whereby Haus of Ruby’s Rebels are booked. In return for Haus of Ruby’s Rebels
allowing me to perform at Events, upon signature of this Agreement, I fully agree and
state on behalf of myself to adhere with the following criteria to allow me to perform
or assist at a Haus of Ruby’s Rebels booked Event.
1. Personal & Public Safety: I understand that I am performing at and I desire to
perform at these Events freely and voluntarily. I understand that performing at Events
is a privilege and a tangible benefit to me. I understand that Haus of Ruby’s Rebels
excludes full legal responsibility and liability for my personal safety or the safety of
my property at Events. I understand and appreciate the inherent risks and dangers of
performing at Events, which could result in property damage and/or personal injury
and I agree to accept and assume all risks, whether present or future, known or
unknown, resulting from or arising out of my performance at Events. I assume
responsibility for all costs, fees and expenses incurred by me at Events.
Iacknowledge that Haus of Ruby’s Rebels does not provide Professional Indemnity
and Public and Product Liability Insurance to me in my capacity as a performer at
Haus of Ruby’s Rebels Events. I recognise that Haus of Ruby’s Rebels is not
obligated to attend to, and I assume all risk and responsibility for my medical and all
other health and wellbeing needs;
2. Applicable Laws: I am familiar with and will obey all of Haus of Ruby’s Rebels
rules and policies at Events. I will obey all Applicable Laws under the jurisdiction of
England and Wales. This includes, but shall not be limited to the Applicable Laws
which relate to alcohol or consciousness altering drugs. I will not use or be under the
influence of alcohol or consciousness altering drugs, whether obtained or taken
legally or not, while performing in class or at any Events and while on the premise. I
understand that performing at Events while under the influence of such substances
could endanger myself and others. If caught under the influence of these substances,
I understand I will not be able to perform a part of Haus of Ruby’s Rebels indefinitely
and at the full discretion of Haus of Ruby’s Rebels Instructor;
3. Waiver: I waive, release and discharge and agree to hold harmless and fully
indemnify Haus of Ruby’s Rebels, representatives, administrator, employees,
employers, students, volunteers and any other individuals assisting or involved in
Events from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, suits, claims, damages,
cost, fees and expenses whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, accident or
inconvenience or expense, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or
unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of any Events or my performances at any
Haus of Ruby’s Rebels Events;
4. Privacy & Data Protection: I authorise Haus of Ruby’s Rebels, employees and
employers to record my performances at Events on video tape, audio tape, film,
photograph or any other medium and to use such recordings and my name in all
mediums and all means of communication now and in the future. I waive and release
Haus of Ruby’s Rebels, employees and employers for any claim, action, suit or
damage whatsoever by reason of anything contained in the recording or in
connection with or arising out of the use, reuse, duplications, distribution, broadcast,
publication, republication and marketing of any recording. I further Consent (as
defined in the GDPR Article 4(11)) to my Personal Data (as defined in Article 4(1) of
the GDPR) being used for the specific purpose which is partaking in any Haus of
Ruby’s Rebels Events;
5. Payment: any paid for Events shall be payable by the Student or Performer at
least 1 day prior to the attendance of the Event. If you cannot make payment prior to
attending the Event, you will give notice to the Instructor at least 1 week before the
start date of the Event. Should there be any late or non-payment with no reason
given, the Instructor may terminate this Agreement, or you may, at the Instructor’s
sole discretion, lose your place within the Event. As standard, you shall be invoiced
on a 4-weekly basis unless you manually pay via the Ruby’s Rebels website or set
up a standing order/bank transfer to:

6. Social Media: Unless you are considered a Performer as defined in this
Agreement or verbally told by the Instructor, you shall not title yourself in any social
media as a Performer for Haus of Ruby’s Rebels. You may use any branding of Haus
of Ruby’s Rebels if you are deemed a Student or Performer in a positive or
promotional manner only;
7. Cancellation: I will provide Haus of Ruby’s Rebels with at least one months prior
written notice before any Haus of Ruby’s Rebels Events if I need to cancel my
performance at any booked Events. Except for emergency circumstances, Event
cancellation may lead to termination of this Agreement as decided solely by the
8. Choreography: if a Choreographed Act (whether solo or troupe, classes or in
workshops) has been created by the Instructor and taught to a Student or Performer,
the Student or Performer must not copy, use, re-inact or share the choreographed
act without the express permission of the Instructor for their own personal gain to
reuse at any time or represent it to be their own choreographed act. Should you get
express permission from the Instructor, you shall present it on all platforms as Haus
of Ruby’s Rebels unless consented otherwise. A breach of this shall lead to
immediate termination of this Agreement and you shall remove all representations on
any platform that is associated with Haus of Ruby’s Rebels. For the avoidance of
doubt, this includes using the same or similar Choreographed Acts or sequences to a
9. Costumes: in the event the Instructor gives a specific idea or design for a
choreographed act, the Student or Performer shall not use, copy or reinvent the
Costume after voluntary or involuntary termination of the Agreement where it is
represented as their own;
10. Termination: with immediate effect from the termination date of the Agreement,
you shall not use any Choreographed Acts and/or Costumes created by, and/or
photography or other media paid for by the Instructor;
11. Variation: this Agreement shall supersede any previous Student Performance
Agreement, Ruby’s Rebels Terms and Conditions or other contract document;
