About
Whether you're developing your first or second act, or you've been performing for a while, character on stage is incredibly important. From classical burlesque to neo - your persona or character for those 5 -6 mins on stage can be the most important part of your act. What are your character traits? What is driving your character? What motivates them? These might seem like 'deep' questions for a burlesque act - but you'd be surprised how thinking about these things can add that extra layer to it. 
 
Join award winning and BHOF winner, Lilly SnatchDragon who has built her entire career on her character for an 80 min workshop on how to connect, reach in and tickle and pull out that character for your next or current (award winning????) act.

Gloves or boa or small prop (optional)
Something to take notes with.
 
What to Wear
Anything that makes you feel comfortable.

Accessibility
The venue is all ground level from the car park. If coming through the front doors, there is one small step into the building. The venue has a lift to the top floor with disabled toilets.
