Get ready to be transported to a world of glamour and sensuality with burlesque! This centuries-old form of entertainment is a unique blend of comedy, dance, and striptease that celebrates all bodies like no other.
 
Are you ready to unleash and feel like a superstar? Lou Safire's fun and empowering class is the perfect place to explore your sensuality and boost your confidence. Whether you're a seasoned performer or a curious beginner, Lou can't wait to help you discover the joy of burlesque.

Taking some of the key moves in the burlesque repertoire, and working with all elements of this spectacular performance art, Mx. Safire shows you how to create a unique stage presence and performance.
       
Teaching you the dos and don'ts, gestures, facial expressions, movement, props and costumes.  Customised and developed individually to create a routine to wow an audience.
By the end of the workshop, you're sure to be a diva in the making.
 
Expect fun, laughter and a few surprises.
 
Attire:
Comfortable clothes or gym wear.
Bare feet/trainers/ballet pumps/comfortable heels
 
If you are attending the Cosy Cabaret show after, you can get changed after your workshop. Please note that once you are dressed you must go to the downstairs bars until the door opening times.
 
 
About Lou Safire
 
Born somewhere between London and Hell, international vaudevillian Lou Safire has been strutting their stuff across the world since 2008  as well as television and film appearances. 
Voted in The Top 50 Burlesque performers in the world and top 10 in the UK  by 21st Century Burlesque  2015 and 2016. Lou also made their debut appearance at the Burlesque Hall of  Fame Weekender in 2017.
Lou is constantly Working on new and unusual burlesque projects with a bohemian streak. 
Lou is trained in many aspects of dance, bringing this to the stage through their routines involving striptease and fan dancing. 
Not one to shy away from the heat, Lou's fire performances leave you red hot. 
Using classic routines, Lou's lust for the darker side of vaudeville takes them to a new level combining circus skills with traditional freak show stunts.
 
Terms and Conditions
Classes, workshops and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the Haus of Ruby's Rebels cancels them directly. 
You must be 18+ years old to attend any events under the Haus of Ruby's Rebels, the Haus of Ruby's Rebels works on a Think 25 policy, so please bring a valid form of ID.
