Interested or just love moving around on the floor! Well this workshop teaches the basic movements, starter tricks and getting into your feels from the floor! This workshop is all about getting comfortable on the floor and mastering the basics while embracing your body, having fun, and celebrating the learning of something new. Expect sultry music, supportive vibes, and plenty of floor sparkle!
 
What to bring:
Knee pads
Comfortable clothing you can move in
Heels (any size you are comfortable in)
A pair of thongs (no full nudity, these can go over the top of another pair, over the top of your trousers)

The venue has plenty of free parking. The studio, toilets and changing rooms are on the ground floor. Disabled toilets are available, as well as accessible doors and all flat levels.
