Interested or just love moving around on the floor! Well this workshop teaches the basic movements, starter tricks and getting into your feels from the floor! This workshop is all about getting comfortable on the floor and mastering the basics while embracing your body, having fun, and celebrating the learning ofsomething new. Expect sultry music, supportive vibes, and plenty of floor sparkle!

What to bring: Knee pads, comfortable clothing you can move in, heels (optional), and your most fabulous, sultry spirit.
