VERY LIMITED SPACES
 
Consists of: 10 x 1.5hr group sessions including dress rehearsals, 1 x 60 min private studio session, 1 x 60 min private online act planning session, 1 x 60 min online group admin session.
 
Join our signature Burlesque Solo Course and create your burlesque act with the guidance of an award-winning, experienced mentor and performer, Ruby D'Woo.
This course has helped create an award-winning act in each course that has happened to date.
 
Over several weeks, you'll create your very own burlesque act and costume with guidance from Ruby 'D' Woo, all while being part of a supportive community. At the end of the course, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your newfound skills in a professionally produced performance.
 
You will also receive private sessions that provide one-on-one instruction tailored to your specific goals. Ruby will work closely with you to hone your technique, develop your stage presence, and create a captivating routine that highlights your unique style and personality.
As well as online sessions to teach you about tech requirements within the industry, fee expectations and applications. This course will give you all the tools you need to go into the burlesque world.
 
This is a performance course, where you will be working on creating a solo act that you will have the opportunity to perform on Saturday 10th April 2027.
 
You will have your first online session before the course starts, this is to discuss songs, concepts, and costumes, it will be an act discussion.
 
You will be expected to create your own costume, have ideas for your act, and already have some basic knowledge of burlesque. We will then work with you and help build your ideas and make them come to life.

10th April - SHOW DAY
 
60 Mins Online Sessions will be held via Teams
60 Mins Private Studio Sessions will be held in the studio
These will be booked in during your online act planning session.
 
Studio classes are held at Kimberley Sports Centre NG16 2NJ

- When would you like your first payment to be, and over how many months
Payment plans come with an extra £1 charge per invoice sent out to cover the extra processing fees. 
All payments must be made before the 22nd October.

All payments have to be made before the date of the event. By making your first payment, you agree to our standard terms and conditions.
Only students who follow & complete the programme and work to the best of their ability will be permitted to showcase. It is unlikely that you won’t be allowed to showcase, but only well-rehearsed, completed acts will be allowed on stage at the end of the course. 
 
Performances are unpaid.
 
No refunds and no transfers for sessions missed.
 
Must be 18+
